WITC Information Systems is an independent management consulting firm that was established in 1995 to provide comprehensive fleet management and transportation consulting services to:

• Industrial and Institutional fleets,

• Trailer Companies.

We help clients achieve desired gains in their fleet management practices, reductions in costs, and better understanding of their fleet operations. Our assistance includes organization and human resources, systems and procedures, and maintenance facilities.

WITC Information Systems provides system support and training. Our highly experienced technical team is available to answer your questions. Any conversion or training is offered for a fee. Please contact our training department for more information. WITC Information Systems will provide technical support directly or through a local representative for our overseas customers. 

Who We Are

Besides developing effective fleet management tools, our staff has also consulted to utility companies, government agencies and private industrial firms. Our staff is also experienced in dealing with the special needs of all sizes of fleet organizations. The fleet operations we have reviewed have ranged from as few as 50 vehicles to over 70,000 vehicles and equipment units.

In addition, WITC Information Systems has a staff of specialized consultants that provide supporting technical and management skills in fleet specification and engineering, fleet operations, maintenance management, materials management, and general management. Each of these consultants has over 20 years of professional experience and have served as private or public sector fleet managers themselves.
